Corpus Christi, Texas — Lockard Companies to enter outlet market with Texas center that will open in 2013.
Corpus Christi, Texas — Dolphin Ventures and EWB Development have announced they will partner with Lockard Companies to develop The Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay, where phase one is scheduled to open in late 2013. Lockard is a real estate development firm based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, that will contribute to development and construction of the outlet center. EWB will co-develop, market and lease the project.
