The Kase Group Arranges $7 Million Sale of Four Hardee’s Properties in Georgia, Alabama

San Francisco — San Francisco-based The Kase Group has arranged the sale of four Hardee’s properties located in Georgia and Alabama for $7 million.

Four Corners Property Trust acquired the restaurants, which are occupied under a new triple-net master lease with a 20-year term. Jeff Gates of the Kase Group brokered the transaction.
