Williamsburg, Va. — Harrison, New York-based The Cotswold Group has acquired Williamsburg Crossing Shopping Center, a Food Lion-anchored 150,000-square-foot shopping center located in Williamsburg.
Tenants at the center include Greenwood Christian Academy, Anytime Fitness, Papa John’s Pizza, Fantastic Sam’s, Subway, Domino’s Pizza, H&R Block and Allstate Insurance. Drew Haynie of Cushman and Wakefield | Thalhimer will be in charge of leasing at the property.
