Carmel, Ind. — The Boulder Group has arranged the sale of a 55,757-square-foot, single-tenant dark Romano’s Macaroni Grill property located in Carmel for $1.4 million.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller, a Midwest-based commercial real estate development and investment firm, in the transaction. A high net-worth individual from the west coast purchased the property. There are approximately two years remaining on Macaroni Grill’s lease. The location closed within the last year as part of a company-wide closure of numerous locations.
