Mishawaka, Ind. — The Boulder Group has arranged the $9 million sale of a net leased Best Buy property located in Mishawaka.

The property is located within three miles of the University of Notre Dame, and across the street from a 920,000-square-foot regional mall. Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction, a Midwest-based real estate investment company.

A West Coast-based real estate investment company acquired the property. There are approximately seven years remaining on the Best Buy lease, which expires in 2023. The absolute triple net lease features a 3 percent rental escalation in the primary term and in each renewal option period.
