Austin, Texas — Strive Real Estate has arranged the sale of a 12,085-square-foot, single-tenant building in Austin, Texas, occupied by Sherwin Williams.
The site is located four miles from downtown Austin and three miles from the University of Texas. The property is also adjacent to a mixed-use project currently under development at the site of the former Highland Mall. James Anderson of Strive represented the seller, a local investor, while Daniel Wenz of Strive represented the buyer, a private investor from Fort Worth, Texas. The sales price was not disclosed.
