Alpharetta, Ga. — Stockbridge Capital Group LLC has acquired Windward Plaza, a 152,648-square-foot retail center located in the Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta free and clear of existing debt.
Jim Hamilton and Richard Reid of HFF worked on behalf of the seller, Columbus Pacific Properties, in the transaction. Tenants at the center include LA Fitness, hhgregg and Office Depot.
