Charlotte, N.C. — Real estate developer Stiles has hired a new senior vice president and promoted two employees in its Charlotte office.
David Lee has been hired as senior vice president, and Chris Grenier and Beth Middleton have been promoted to senior vice president of development and senior development manager. Grenier and Middleton will continue to oversee development operations, while Lee will focus on the company’s further expansion and growth throughout North Carolina.
Prior to working with Stiles, Lee began his career as founder of Lee Land Development, where he located, purchased and improved distressed commercial shopping centers before moving to Harris Development Group.
