Plano, Texas — Starwood Retail Partners are set to begin a $100 million redevelopment of The Shops at Willow Bend, a mall located in Plano.
The redevelopment will include the addition of a new main entrance facing the Dallas North Tollway, a contemporary hotel, an office tower and the replacement of a 125,000-square-foot vacant building with a new structure designed exclusively for best-in-class retailers and restaurants.
Construction is set to begin in early 2016 with staggered completion over two years and a full transformation scheduled for completion in three to five years.
