Anthem, Ariz. — SRS has arranged the $5.1 million sale of The Shops, a 35,710-square-foot shopping center in Anthem, Arizona, to an individual buyer.
Sean Thomas and Patrick Luther of SRS represented the seller, Abington Emerson, in the transaction. The center is located 30 miles north of Phoenix, and includes tenants such as Ace Hardware, Coldwell Banker, Pizza Hut, Princess Nails and Shanghai Club.
