Chicago — KBS and CBRE have announced that six new restaurants—Eastman Egg Company, BenjYehuda, Piggy Back Tavern BBQ, Madison Tavern, Halsted Street Deli and Freshii—will open at Marketplace@500, the recently renovated dining court at 500 W. Madison in Chicago.
The restaurant leases total 14,869 square feet. KBS owns 500 W. Madison, which is currently undergoing a $11.5 million renovation including the addition of a new tenant lounge with a temperature controlled wine room, a two-story fitness center with a basketball court and a conference center.
