Port St. Lucie, Fla. — An affiliate of Delray Beach, Florida-based Menin Development has sold the Shoppes at St. Lucie West to an institutional investor group for $77 million.
Publix, Home Goods, LA Fitness and Burlington Coat Factory anchor the 265,000-square-foot center. The sale includes an adjacent 13-acre land parcel entitled for an additional 120,000 square feet of retail space.
