Josh Beyer has been promoted to senior vice president of development at The Sembler Co., overseeing all shopping center development in Florida, the Gulf Coast, and the southeastern U.S. Beyer has been with the company for 12 years and has been involved with more than 1.5 million square feet of development. Prior to joining Sembler, Beyer served as a project manager/engineer for Tampa, Florida’s EMK Consultants of Florida Inc. and for Greenville, South Carolina-based Freeland & Kauffman Inc.
