Miami — Three new restaurants to follow on the heels, upping dining options to seven in new financial district mixed-use.
Miami — PM Fish & Steak House and Sacha’s Café have opened at 1450 Brickell and One Broadway, an office, apartment and retail development in Miami’s financial district. The mixed-use development was built by Rilea Group and is 77 percent leased approximately two years after opening.
PM Fish & Steak House is an Argentine-style steak and seafood restaurant and is the first U.S. location of the Argentine/Mexican-owned company. Sacha’s Café is a European style sandwich and salad restaurant that is based in south Florida.
