Asheboro, N.C. — CBL & Associates Properties Inc. has announced that Ross Dress for Less and Ulta Beauty will open locations at Randolph Mall, a 400,000-square-foot mall located in Asheboro, as part of an anchor redevelopment.
The two new stores will be situated in the former JC Penney location. Construction is expected to begin in October, with an opening scheduled for 2016.
