Retail Properties of America Sells Stateline Station in Kansas City for $17.5 Million

Kansas City, Mo. — Retail Properties of America Inc. has sold Stateline Station, a 142,600-square-foot shopping center located in Kansas City, for $17.5 million.

Amy Sands, Clinton Mitchell and Barry Brown of HFF worked on behalf of Retail Properties of America in the sale of the property to Schottenstein Property Group Inc.

Marshalls, Cost Plus World Market and a separately owned Super Target anchor the 85 percent leased center. Other retailers at the center include Petco, Tuesday Morning, Mattress Firm, Pier 1 Imports and Dollar Tree.
