Suwanee, Ga. — The retail portion of Suwanee Town Center, a mixed-use development located in the Atlanta suburb of Suwanee, has traded hands.
The 54,634-square-foot retail component is home to tenants including Five Guys Burgers, fab’rik, Mellow Mushroom, Rita’s, Pooch N’ Paws, Big Peach Running Co. and Planet Smoothie. Mike Allison and Brad Buchanan of HFF represented the seller, Madison Retail LLC, in the disposition of the property to a subsidiary of a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital-Real Estate.
