Evansville, Ind. — Evansville-based Regency Properties has acquired three shopping centers in northern Indiana— Columbia Square, Monticello Marketplace and Wabash East.

Columbia Square Shopping Center in Columbia City totals 123,340 square feet and is home to tenants including Kroger, Family Dollar, Goody’s, Rent-A-Center and Tires Plus. The 107,164-square-foot Monticello Marketplace is located in Monticello and is home to Kroger, Label Shopper, Pizza Hut, Ace Hardware and Anytime Fitness. Wabash Crossing East Shopping Center in Wabash totals 22,763 square feet and houses tenants such as Wabash County Hospital, Check Into Cash, Sky Nails, BMV, Ladd Dental and AT&T. Other terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
