Regency Centers To Develop Target-anchored Center in Northern California

Petaluma, Calif. — Regency Centers set to begin construction this week on 378,000-square-foot community center, anchored by Target.

Regency Centers is developing a 378,000-square-foot Target-anchored center in Petaluma, Calif.Petaluma, Calif. — Regency Centers is set to begin construction on a Target-anchored community center in Petaluma. In addition to the 138,324-square-foot Target, the 378,000-square-foot East Washington Place will contain 121,000 square feet of anchor space and 118,676 square feet of inline, junior anchor and office space. Construction on the center is set to begin this week, with completion scheduled for the summer of 2013. The project is being built on the site of a former junior high school which Regency purchased in 2004. The school used the funds to relocate.
