Jasper, Ind. — Regency Properties has acquired Germantown Shopping Center, a 220,017-square-foot shopping center located in Jasper.
The center is home to tenants including Save-A-Lot, Carson’s, Maurices and Glik’s. Regency plans to begin a complete renovation of the center’s façade later this year.
