Noblesville, Ind. — The Kroger was remodeled, and a fuel outparcel was added, in April 2011.
Noblesville, Ind. — RCG Ventures has purchased the 74,414-square-foot Riverplace Centre in Noblesville.
The Kroger-anchored center, which sits on 13 acres of land, is 94 percent occupied and includes tenants such as The UPS Store, H&R Block, Great Clips and Little Caesars. Also included in the sale was a Kroger Fuel Station outparcel, which opened in April 2012, following the remodeling of the Kroger, which was complete in June 2011.
Chase Bank is also located on one of the center’s outparcels, but was not included in the sale.
