Encinitas, Calif. — RAF Pacifica Group has acquired the 39,000-square-foot retail portion of Pacific Station, a 100,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Encinitas, for $24 million.

Matt Moser of Retail Insight represented both RAF Pacifica and the seller, Loja Retail Partners, in the transaction. The retail center is home to tenants such as Amazon, Whole Foods Market and Wells Fargo.
