Roanoke, Va. — Quantum Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of two properties occupied by Walgreens in Roanoke, Virginia.
The location at 4841 Williamson Road N.W. sold for $6.7 million. The property at 4049 Brambleton Ave. sold for $6.4 million. Daniel Waszak, of Quantum Real Estate Advisors represented the seller, a developer based in the southeast, in the transaction. The buyer was an investment fund based in California.
