Upland, Calif. — Progressive Real Estate Partners has signed two new restaurant leases totaling 7,940 square feet at Colonies Crossroads, a 1.1 million-square-foot shopping center located in Upland.
Restaurants include a 5,240-square-foot Oggi’s Pizza and Brewing and a 2,700-square-foot California Fish Grill, both set to open in early 2016. Paul Galmarini of Progressive is in charge of leasing at Colonies Crossroads.
