Progressive Arranges Sale of Two Retail Properties in Southern California

Fontana and Montclair, Calif. — Progressive Real Estate Partners has arranged the sale of two retail properties in California’s Inland Empire.

Dispositions include a single-tenant property leased to Tutor Time Learning Center in Fontana, which sold for $4.6 million in a 1031 exchange transaction; and the Shops at Mission Square, a 5,852-square-foot retail center located in Montclair, which sold for $4 million. Frank Vora of Progressive represented the seller, a San Diego County-based private investor, in the Tutor Time transaction. Chris Wen of Walton Realty represented the buyer, a Los Angeles-based private investor.

Greg Bedell of Progressive, in partnership with Joe Wojdowski of Epsteen & Associates, represented the seller, a private San Diego-based investor, in the disposition of the Shops at Mission Square. Scott Chang of 168 Realty represented the buyer, a private Yorba Linda-based investor. The property is home to tenants including Panda Express, Little Caesars, Dairy Queen and Boost Mobile.
