Prestige Properties Acquires Grocery-Anchored Center in New Jersey for $130 Million

Mount Laurel, N.J. — Prestige Properties has acquired Centerton Square, a 700,000-square-foot regional shopping center located in Mount Laurel, for $130 million.

A 426,436-square-foot Wegman’s grocery store anchors the center, which was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including DSW, TJ Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond and Burlington Coat Factory. Black Creek Diversified Property Fund sold the property.
