Philadelphia — Philadelphia-based PREIT has proactively replaced Sears at three of its malls in Pennsylvania, Michigan and South Carolina.

Dick’s Sporting Goods will be replacing the Sears location at Capital City Mall in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Von Maur will be replacing the Sears location at Woodland Mall in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Burlington Coat Factory will be replacing the Sears location at Magnolia Mall in Florence, South Carolina. Dick’s Sporting Goods and Burlington are set to open in the fourth quarter of this year, and Von Maur will open in 2019 alongside new enclosed small shop space and 30,000 square feet of restaurants.
