Poag Shopping Centers to Manage The Avenue Properties in Georgia and Florida

Memphis, Tenn. — Memphis-based Poag Shopping Centers will manage four outdoor lifestyle centers located in Georgia and Florida.

The properties include The Avenue East Cobb and The Avenue West Cobb in Marietta, Georgia; The Avenue Peachtree City in Peachtree City, Georgia; and The Avenue Viera in Viera, Florida.
