Tampa, Fla. — Tampa-based Plaza Advisors has arranged the $51 million sale of three Publix-anchored shopping centers located in Florida and Alabama.
Dispositions include Magnolia Plaza in Panama City Beach, Florida; Plaza at Palmer Ranch in Sarasota, Florida; and Magnolia Place in the Mobile suburb of Daphne, Alabama. The composite occupancy was 98 percent leased at the time of sale. Jim Michalak and Mike Cvetetic of Plaza Advisors represented the seller, an undisclosed developer, in the transaction. The buyer was also undisclosed.
