Northbrook, Ill. — Northbrook-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty has completed $670 million in retail real estate acquisitions over 24 months, and has hired seven.
Pine Tree’s recent transactions include 24 shopping centers totaling 3 million square feet of leasable area resulting in $524 million in new acquisitions. The company also had nearly $150 million is dispositions during the same period.
Included among the company’s recent acquisitions is a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers totaling 11 properties and 769,000 square feet in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Pine Tree has also recently hired seven employees across its accounting, property management, asset management and administration functions. New hires include Accounting Manager Michael Tverdek; Property Accountant Tonya Stewart; Analyst, Asset Management and Due Dilligence Tyler Buck; Office Administrator Kerri Wallace; and Property Managers Sparkle Turner, Daniel Connor and Stephanie Blake.
