Pierson Retail Advisors Arranges Sale of Southwest Plaza in Arlington

Arlington, Texas — Pierson Retail Advisors (PRA) has arranged the sale of Southwest Plaza, a 104,766-square-foot shopping center located in Arlington.

PRA represented the seller, Bo Avery of SWP Enterprises LLC, in the transaction. Manuel Ramon of Green Earth Realty represented the buyer, Ravi Randal Investment Group LLC, in the acquisition of the property for an undisclosed price. Ramon will also lease and manage the center.

Albertsons shadow-anchors Southwest Plaza, which is 98 percent leased to tenants including Office Depot, Sears Outlet, Ace Hardware, H&R Block, Cato Fashions and CiCi’s Pizza.
