Irving, Texas — Pierson Retail Advisors (PRA) has arranged the sale of Market Square, a 49,727-square-foot shopping center located in the Dallas suburb of Irving.
PRA represented the seller, Prescott Interests Midway Plaza Ltd., in the sale of the property to TriMarsh Properties for an undisclosed price. Tenants at the 92 percent occupied center include Boston Market, Pizza Hut, State Farm, Gideon Math & Reading Center, FedEx Office, Subway, Kenpo Karate and MacArthur Pharmacy.
