Salt Lake City — Phillips Edison & Co. has appointed Robert Steenblik to the position of vice president and assistant general counsel.
In his new role, Steenblik will work closely with the general counsel to provide legal advice to the company concerning all aspects of its business.
Steenblik has more than 10 years of experience in public company representation and capital markets. Prior to joining Phillips Edison,. Steenblik served as Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel for Cadence Pharmaceuticals Inc. in San Diego.
