Phillips Edison Acquires Two Retail Assets Totaling 146,472 Square Feet

Cincinnati — Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II Inc. has acquired one shopping center and two junior boxes totaling 146,472 square feet in Amesbury, Massachusetts, and Charleston, South Carolina.

Acquisitions include Carriagetown Marketplace, a 96,472-square-foot, Stop & Shop-anchored retail center located in Amesbury; and two junior boxes, totaling 50,000-square-feet, occupied by AC Moore and Dollar Tree located within North Pointe Plaza in Charleston. Tenants at Carriagetown Marketplace include Subway, Papa Gino’s, Supercuts, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, H&R Block and Hallmark.
