Cincinnati, Ohio — Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II Inc. has acquired two grocery-anchored shopping centers located in Florida and South Carolina.
New acquisitions include Island Walk Shopping Center, a 213,656-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center located in Fernandina Beach, Florida; and North Pointe Plaza, a 323,996-square-foot Walmart Supercenter-anchored shopping center located in North Charleston, South Carolina.
