Easton, Mass. — Phillips Edison & Co. has acquired Highlands Plaza, a 112,869-square-foot Hannaford-anchored shopping center located in Easton.
Robert Griffin, Geoffrey Millerd and Justin Smith of Cushman & Wakefield worked on behalf of the seller, Samuels & Associates, in the transaction. The center was 94 percent leased at the time of sale.
