Muscle Shoals, Ala. — PGM Properties LLC and Coro Realty Advisors LLC will develop a new Publix-anchored shopping center in Muscle Shoals at the former Highland Park Baptist Church site.
The nine-acre site will be redeveloped into a 45,600-square-foot Publix with 13,160 square feet of additional retail space and one outparcel. PGM Properties secured the property in winter 2013. The center will be named Muscle Shoals Commons.
