ONE DAYTONA Breaks Ground on Early Site Work

Daytona Beach, Fla. — P&S Paving is already a sub-contractor on International Speedway Corp.’s $400 million DAYTONA Rising project underway at Daytona International Speedway.

ONE DAYTONA, the proposed mixed-use and entertainment destination across from Daytona International Speedway (DIS) in east Central Florida, began early site work in late November. P&S Paving was awarded the contract for initial construction that represents infrastructure improvements for Phase One of ONE DAYTONA, a joint venture between International Speedway Corp. (ISC) and Jacoby Development. P&S Paving is already a sub-contractor on ISC’s $400 million DAYTONA Rising project underway at Daytona International Speedway, completing all underground utility and paving work necessary for the redevelopment of the front-stretch grandstands. ONE DAYTONA’s early site work construction will include site development, drainage and underground utility work.
