Old Navy to Open Flagship Store on Chestnut Street

Philadelphia, Pa. — Old Navy is set to open a 23,464-square-foot multi-floor flagship store located at 1618 to 1622 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia.

CBRE’s Steven Gartner represented Old Navy in lease negotiations with an affiliate of Pearl Properties, who recently purchased the property.
