Northwood Retail Signs Four New Tenants to Retail Center in Dallas, Unveils Renovation Plans

Dallas — Northwood Retail has signed four new tenants to Hillside Village in Dallas, and unveiled a five-phase renovation plan for the 166,229-square-foot center.

The new retailers occupy 9,580 square feet and include Session Pilates, Villa Nail Spa, The Little Things and Hillside Tavern, a new dining concept. The new tenants join retailers such as White Rock Coffee, Dream Café, Manny’s Lakewood Tex-Mex, Stein Mart, Tuesday Morning, We Yogis and Pinot’s Palette. Plans for the renovation, which is expected to complete by the end of the year, include a new wood canopy soffits, steel façade elements with wood and metal panel inserts and refinished plaster façades with a brighter color palette. In addition, Northwood will replace exterior lighting and roofing, and a new parking lot and sidewalk system will be developed. The center will remain open to the public while upgrades are made.
