Carrollton, Texas — NewQuest properties is set to expand the redevelopment of Carrollton Town Center, a 154,863-square-foot shopping center located in Carrollton.
NewQuest has acquired 4.7 acres across the street from the center for the project’s second phase. Phase two will include a two-story, 18,628-square-foot professional office building and three pad sites, one of which is preleased to First Intercontinental Bank. John Nguyen and Meredith McLeod-Cobb lead leasing efforts for Carrollton Town Center.
