San Marcos, Texas — NAI Partners Investment Fund II has acquired San Marcos Place, a 73,745-square-foot shopping center in San Marcos.

Cathy Nabours, Walter Saad and Drew Fuller of HFF arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Robb Lane Ltd. The sales price was not disclosed. The four-building property was 84 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants such as Half Priced Books, Plato’s Closet, China Palace Buffet, Nationwide Insurance, Pizza Hut, Best Buy Call Center and Laundrymate.
