Senior Vice President and Vice President of NAI Steve Heri and Steve Gim represented the buyer, El Rey Properties, LLC, in the transaction. The seller was China Lake 700, LLC. At the time of sale, the project was 100 percent leased to Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts, Marshalls and Famous Footwear.
