Art Van Furniture has secured a lease for a 40,000-square-foot anchor location at High Grove Center in Glendale Heights, Illinois, that will open November 2015. Michaels has secured a lease for a 19,940-square-foot location at Finley Square in Downers Grove, Illinois, that will open August 2015. Fallas Paredes has secured a lease for an 11,000-square-foot location at Kedzie Plaza in Chicago that will open August 2015.
Pier 1 Imports has secured a lease for a 10,000-square-foot location at Bloomingdale Court in Bloomingdale, Illinois, that will open September 2015 and Five Below has secured a lease for a 7,200-square-foot location at Poplar Creek Crossing in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, that will open October 2015.
