Mid-America Arranges Sale of 371,592-Square-Foot Shopping Center in Springfield, Missouri

Springfield, Mo. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the sale of Primrose Marketplace, a 371,5921-square-foot shopping center in Springfield.

A joint venture between DRA Advisors and Chase Properties acquired the asset. Ben Wineman of Mid-America and Scott Seyfried of Pace Properties arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Kimco Realty Corp. Primose Marketplace is home to tenants such as T.J. Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, Ulta Beauty, Best Buy, PetSmart, JCPenney Home Store and Bed Bath & Beyond.
