Chicago — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the $81 million sale of 3030 North Broadway, a 137,618-square-foot shopping center located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.
Mariano’s anchors the center, which is also home to tenants including XSport Fitness, Starbucks Coffee and PNC Bank. Ben Wineman and Joe Girardi of Mid-America represented the seller, a joint venture between Barrett & Porto Real Estate, The Taxman Corporation and Newport Capital Partners. DDR Corporation acquired the property.
