Mid-America Arranges $16.5 Million Sale of Retail Center in St. Louis

St. Louis — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the $16.5 million sale of five multi-tenant buildings at The Shoppes at Hawk Ridge, a retail center in St. Louis.

Ben Wineman and Scott Seyfried of Mid-America arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, a St. Louis-based private investor. Midwest Retail Properties acquired the asset. The buildings included in the sale total 124,797 square feet and are home to tenants such as Verizon, GNC, Dollar Tree, Petland, Starbucks Coffee, Orange Theory Fitness, Great Clips, Jimmy Johns and Famous Footwear. Walmart, Lowe’s Home Improvement and T.J. Maxx shadow-anchor the center.
