Banning, Calif. — Marinita Development Co. has completed the development of a retail building at Sun Lakes Village Shopping Center in Banning, California.
The 95,000-square-foot building is fully leased to Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Party City and Big 5 Sporting Goods. The building’s grand opening is scheduled for the end of September. Additional tenants at Sun Lakes Village Shopping Center include Albertsons and Rite Aid.
