Miami — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Tamiami East, a 54,864-square-foot shopping center located in Miami, to IMC Properties for $15.9 million.
The center is 82 percent occupied, and is anchored by a 45,000-square-foot LA Fitness. Other tenants include CPR Cellphone Repair, GameStop and Pollo Tropical. Kirk Olson, Drew Kristol, James Rea and Brian Munn of Marcus & Millichap worked on behalf of the seller, a North Carolina-based LLC. SunTrust Bank arranged an $11.5 million loan for the purchase.
