New York — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a freestanding, 10,500-square-foot Walgreens located in Queens for $15.7 million.
Steven Siegel and Michael Kook of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction. Built in 2010, the drugstore is located on a 0.71-acre parcel on Guy R. Brewer Boulevard.
